Fees & Payments
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and estimates are calculated according to the complexity and requirements of the job, as well as the format, legibility and technical content. The final fee will be based on the actual time spent on the job as well as any additional costs incurred. The client assumes full responsibility for proof reading and accuracy of final work accepted.
2009 Rates
- Regular support services, large scale or ongoing projects: $50/hour (10 hours or more per month/project)
- Small scale or one off jobs: $55/hour (up to 5 hours)
- IT support: $50/hour
- Office/home organisation: $50/hour
- Work will be charged based on a minimum of 1 hour & 15 minute increments thereafter
- Weekend work required (unless agreed in advance or not specifically requested) or urgent jobs: $55/hour
Delivery
- Email & standard letter post – no charge
- Courier, express post & non-standard letter post – charged as per requirements
Additional Charges/Expenses
- Inkjet printing - 35c per page (laserjet & bulk printing will be outsourced & costed accordingly)
- Local faxing - $1.00
- STD faxing - $1.50
- International calls & faxes will be charged based on destination country calling costs
- Burning to CD - $2.00 (per CD)
- Binding - $3.00 (up to 50 pages)
- Laminating - $2.50 per A4 page
- Travel time - additional time will apply for jobs requiring onsite completion, as applicable
Payment Terms
- Strictly 7 days from date of invoice
- Direct credit: account details will be provided on invoice
- Cheque or money order: please note cheques will need to be cleared before work is released
- Credit cards: Mastercard and Visacard through
- New clients: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance of payment due on completion
- Regular clients: will receive an invoice at the end of each month for that month's hours
N.B. VSS is not currently registered for GST & will notify clients if & when this changes; VSS reserves the right to change rates and charges at any time.
